For everyone with an artist's dream....keep dreaming in 2010 - Peace - +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ An Artist's Dream For Shawn I have an artist's dream It lives in me tugs at my heart strings Tells me I'm more than I am Makes me believe in me, that way I have an artist's dream and it is not in a locale not in a burrough not housed in building or a workplace It is in me It is me my faith my hope my being It drives me forward and crazy sometimes Yet still it returns to me like a reconciled lover I have an artist's dream that directs my ambition and is my ammunition for living

Since 2007, this blog has been a labor of love. Over the years it has served as a platform for many things - primarily as a creative expression in written word to share my love for God, art, and life in general. From time to time I also share my thoughts and concerns regarding those things that are important to me – like my community, the environment, shoe sales, and places to travel.

Through everyday experiences I capture the moments where I find beauty, truth, and the good. May you be encouraged by these experiences as well as the guffaws which remind me I am a work in progress and sometimes laughter is truly the best medicine.

In these posts you will find personal reflections of good in my own life and hopefully it will inspire you to keep finding the good – even if you have to squint J.
